H.W.O. specializes in Applications for ALL BIG GAME SPECIES in Arizona, Kansas, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. We make sure that when we apply you for a permit; it will meet all of your hunting expectations and personal hunting qualifications.

HWO provides application services for: Elk, Mule Deer, Whitetail, Turkey, Antelope, Javelina, Moose, Big Horn Sheep, Coues Deer, Black Bear, Ibex, Mountain Lion, Oryx, and Bison.

We have an extensive NETWORK TEAM of Licensed Professional Outfitters / Guides, throughout the West which we have established through our twenty plus years in the outfitting / guiding industry. This Professional Family within Howell Wildlife Outfitters knows which areas to apply for, for what species, in optimum hunting seasons.

H.W.O. does not just simply apply your youth hunter and then refer you to an 'outfitter / guide` within their 'commission based services and / or ‘insist you hunt within their mandatory guided hunt pool.’ Many other services set you up with pre-booked guides / outfitters that have hidden issues and logistics problems due to a less than desirable guide pool, which very possibly has you hunting with a guide that has never hunted with a youth hunter, or been into your hunt unit before. We do not require you hunt (2 X 1) with someone you do not know or have not even met previously.

We do however specialize in customizing Hunt Packages to Meet Your Needs, Goals and Qualifications.

Why HWO Licensing Service?

(HWO’s Discounted Youth Application Services are a ‘One Time Fee of $75' per species – per state) and we will apply your (youth hunter) until he / she is successfully drawn, for that species in that state, or until withdraw from our service. (Youth hunts, after age 18, will automatically transfer over until drawn.) We will send you an annual statement billing you for the applicable individual states application fees / licenses and will have all successful and / or unsuccessful correspondence and refunds mailed directly to your address.

The first step to harvesting a Trophy Class animal is obtaining the appropriate tag. We at Howell Wildlife Outfitters have done extensive research in several states and come-up with the best trophy areas possible for numerous species, and we have personally hunted these areas. These states have constant changes going on every year (fires, new hunts, fewer tags, more tags, different season dates, unit splits etc.). Our professional staff stays current on all these and other changes. The average wait for these high demand tags is 3-10 years, or more for certain hunts. So start now so you can begin to get bonus points for your future hunts. We at Howell Wildlife Outfitters would like to invite you to join our licensing program. Simply fill out the enclosed forms and submit your application.

	CLASS A: I want this youth hunter to only harvest a World Class Bull/Buck/Ram. He / She has already harvested several trophy sized animals and has the discipline to stay with it and pass-up lesser animals. WE ARE IN TOP HEALTH & PHYSICAL CONDITIONING. I understand that this hunt will be booked 1 on 1.

	CLASS B: I want this youth hunter to harvest a trophy class Bull/Buck/Ram, with a chance at a monster. I understand that this hunt will be booked 1 on 1.

	CLASS C: I want this youth hunter to harvest a mature (Respectable of the Species) Bull/Buck/Ram/Turkey.

Is this YOUTH HUNTER currently in a waiting period for any Utah species? Yes No
If Yes, Explain

Select your portfolio of applications from the Licensing Pricelist (the more states you select the better your odds become) Please note that the states listed in numerical order under each species choice are ranked by quality. Remember the consulting fee is a one-time fee, once the consulting fee is paid, we will apply this youth hunter until he / she draws that tag. If you decide to withdraw them from the licensing program, you then forfeit the consulting fee for each application in your portfolio; however, the license and tag fees you have submitted (and that have not been already applied for) will be refunded to you. As these are all trophy areas and usually hard to draw, we advise you to apply for as many states per species as possible, so that you have the best chance to possibly draw one. Fill out the Licensing Application, print for your records and submit.

NOTE: Not all tag fees are fronted by Howell Wildlife Outfitters. Any TAG FEES monies are due up front along with any State License Fees / Application Fees. (PLEASE feel free to call if you have any questions! 928-526-6833)

Of course we would recommend that your Youth Hunter ACTIVELY APPLY FOR TAGS ANNUALLY. But if you wish for them to apply for Bonus Points Only you may elect to do so.

Many states REQUIRE that you pre-purchase a NON-RESIDENT / NON-REFUNDABLE (Under Age 18) YOUTH HUNTING LICENSE. Therefore it would be best to apply for more than just one species in the states that require you to purchase their hunting license, just to apply. This fee is only paid once annually and will be used to apply for all other species in that state. If you are unsuccessful within that states draw process you will be refunded the TAG FEE LESS THE APPLICATION FEE. This refund will be mailed directly to you by that state.

For any State that accepts ON LINE APPLICATIONS we will use Your Credit Card to apply. Therefore PLEASE be sure THAT ALL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS EXACT / CORRECT with an active date throughout the entire year. In states that accept ON LINE APPLICATIONS your card will be initially charged for the Application Fee and any pre-purchase Non-Resident / Non-Refundable Hunting License Fees. Then if successfully drawn that credit card will be charged the entire tag fee amount. (Once you have registered into our HWO Licensing Service you may mail or fax the Printable Credit Card Authorization Form located at the bottom of this page)

NOTE: Many of the below State Tag Fees are 2008 Pricing. We are currently awaiting for some states to set their 2009 Tag / License Fee Pricing.

It would be best to apply for more than just one species in the states that require that you purchase their hunting license, just to be able to participate in their application process.

Contract for Licensing Application and Outfitter Services

I certify that the statements on this application are true and correct and hereby authorize any involved State Wildlife Department to make further inquiries to verify these statements. I understand the rules of eligibility for application for licenses and permits. I am eligible for the license(s) or permit(s) applied for, and I will not apply for or have anyone else apply for any of the same license(s) or permit(s) that I have instructed Howell Wildlife Outfitters to apply for me. If I have checked the Guided space on the Licensing Pricelist sheet I understand that I am entering a contractual agreement with Howell Wildlife Outfitters, and I understand that the hunt for which the tag is drawn will be guided/outfitted solely by Howell Wildlife Outfitters, or I forfeit that tag to them. I also understand that I may withdraw from the Licensing program at anytime if the license and or the tag has not been applied for by Howell Wildlife Outfitters, by sending them a signed written statement to withdraw from the service. I understand that the license and or tag fees will be reimbursed to me and that the consulting fee will be retained by Howell Wildlife Outfitters All application fees will be invoiced yearly.

Limited Power of Attorney With Durable Provision

TO ALL PERSONS, be it known, that the above named applicant, GRANTOR does hereby make and grant a limited power of attorney to Goose Howell and/or Howell Wildlife Outfitters and does thereupon constitute and appoint said individual as my attorney-in-fact and Registered Agent. My attorney-in-fact shall have limited powers and authority to do and undertake such acts as herein described on my behalf that I could do personally, with full power substitution and revocation. Granted are the powers to execute such special hunt license applications, licenses, and endorsement of such license funds. My attorney-in-fact hereby accepts this appointment subject to its terms and agrees to act and perform in said fiduciary capacity consistent with my best interests as he, in his best discretion, deems advisable, and I affirm and ratify all acts so undertaken. This power-of-attorney shall be revoked by disability of the grantor, and shall otherwise continue in full force and effect until revoked by subsequent writing.
