Kansas is currently rated as one of the top up and coming Whitetail Deer States in the country, causing The Kansas Department of Wildlife to recently begin the process of rewriting the books regarding their lottery draw system and have implemented it that they are no longer offering private landowner transferable tags.

Howell Wildlife Outfitters Professional Network Team has remained appraised with these changes and has teamed up with Double L Outfitters, out of Liberal Kansas, where we hunt their prime private acreage. This property has produced several, Boone & Crockett, Record Class Whitetail Deer Bucks throughout the past several seasons!  Offering, “YOU THE CLIENT”, superior quality PRIVATE LAND hunting opportunities for Trophy Class Whitetail Bucks managed for high quality and success rate with low hunter density in the field. 

       

Currently Kansas offers Archery Whitetail Hunts October thru December. The Muzzleloader season is scheduled for mid September (Scopes Allowed) reopening, the first week of December allowing a Scoped Muzzleloader Season. NOTE: Non-Residents are only allowed to hunt Mule Deer with a Muzzleloader (if drawn). Rifle hunts usually start the last week of November / 1st week of December. If you are interested in applying for one of these coveted permits HWO is here to assist with your application. With the 2008 application deadline being May 31^st.

Our Kansas Rifle / Muzzleloader five day hunts all have a guide ratio of 2 hunters for 1 guide (2x1). The price for this PRIVATE LAND hunting experience is $4,500 per person.

Our Kansas World Class Archery six day hunts all have a guide ratio of 2 hunters for 1 guide (2x1). The price for this PRIVATE LAND hunting experience is $5,000 per person.

We limit the amount of clients that we take Trophy Whitetail Deer Hunting in Kansas, so that we may provide the Professional attention that will make your hunt special. Please book early as availability is limited with only five client spaces left available in 2008. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your hunt.

GUIDES: We have over 20 years of guiding / outfitting / booking agency experience in Kansas. And have an inventory of 20 plus guides that we have supervised, worked with, and trained within our professional network. Our Kansas Trophy Whitetail Hunts all have a guide ratio of 2 hunters for 1 guide (2x1). All HWO guides are Qualified Professionals, trained in CPR and First Aid. They are experienced and knowledgeable with your unit and the Trophy Whitetails that reside there. Your guide will prescout our PRIVATE LAND prior to your arrival.

ACCOMMODATIONS: First class comfortable accommodations are a priority with us. These will include either our lodge and or hotels for your sleeping quarters.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your hunt. With the remaining balance due in full 60 days prior to the hunt start date.
