Draw odds of successfully
being drawn, for many of these coveted Permits, range from 1 in 500 to as
high as 1 in several thousands.
You will
need to do your homework, conduct your due diligence, get in shape, become
qualified and proficient with your weapon, pre-scout and hunt hard for the
Trophy Buck Antelope of Your Dreams!!

These speedsters of the prairies
offer a fantastic ALL DAY LONG HUNT that is sure to be packed with action!
We hunt primarily by Spotting and Stalking these beautiful goats. But
occasionally hunt over water or from blinds on travel routes.
Antelope are known for
their speed and they can indeed run faster than 40 MPH when danger
presents itself. So our experience really can pay off because we know
ahead of the hunt, where they like to disappear into and hide.
All of HWO's Antelope Guides have
previously harvested RECORD CLASS BUCKS for themselves and our clients!
Goose himself has harvested several B&C Bucks as well as Pope & Young
Record Class Antelope Bucks.

GUIDES: Our HWO
guides have over 20 years of guiding / outfitting / booking agency
experience throughout West. HWO has established a Professional Network of
Qualified guides that "Goose" has
supervised and worked with, within our professional network team. Our Trophy Class guided hunt
packages are offered as a (1X1) one hunter to one guide.
Our World Class Hunts
have a guide ratio of 1 hunter for 1 guide (1x1) with extra hunting days,
and in many situations the opportunity 'for you to come pre-scout with us'
prior to your actual hunt start dates. Thus optimizing your opportunity to
harvest the very best trophy within your hunt unit and hunt season. .
Howell Wildlife
Outfitters is Licensed, United States Forest Service & Bureau of Land
Management Permitted and we are Insured.
All HWO guides are
Qualified Professionals, trained in CPR and First Aid.
Our Guides are experienced and
knowledgeable with your unit and the Trophy Animals that reside there.
Your guide will pre-scout your unit prior to your arrival, to locate and
pattern the very best trophy available within your hunt unit. And
depending on the hunt package YOU CHOOSE we also make it available for you
to participate in Pre-Scouting with your guide.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
On our Fully Guided and Outfitted Hunt Packages We Offer: First class
comfortable accommodations and are a priority with us. These will include
either wall tents, travel trailers, hunting lodges, cabins, homes and / or
hotels for your sleeping quarters.
MEALS: On our Fully
Guided and Outfitted Hunt Packages We Offer: Our camp cooks pride
themselves on preparing home cooked favorites. You will always have plenty
to eat, and they will make sure your dietary needs are taken care of.
(We will address your dietary needs, likes and dislikes.) Soft drinks
and snacks will also be provided. (ALCOHOL IS NOT
PROVIDED...although you may provide your own.)
TROPHY CARE: On
our Fully Guided & Outfitted Hunt Packages and / or Guide Only Hunt
Packages: Your guide
will skin and cape your trophy for you. We can recommend and assist with
local professional services and assist with the arrangements for expert
taxidermy. Or you may also have him field prepare your trophy so that you may
transport it to the taxidermist of your choice.
MEAT CARE: On our
Fully Guided & Outfitted Hunt Packages and / or Guide Only Hunt Packages: Upon harvesting
your trophy, it will be skinned and prepared for cold storage /
processing, by your guide. We can again recommend and assist with professional services
that are available locally. Or you may also have him field prepare your
trophy so that you may transport it to the processor of your choice.
TRANSPORTATION:
On our Fully Guided & Outfitted Hunt Packages and / or Guide Only Hunt
Packages: Four-wheel
drive vehicles and sometimes four wheelers will be provided throughout
your hunt, from the agreed upon hunt meeting pick up location.
GRATUITIES: We
all understand that gratuities are strictly at the hunter’s discretion,
however, our professional Guides and Cooks alike work very hard to ensure
your hunt is successful as well as unforgettable and appreciate your
gratuity. Tips generally average 10% to 15% of the booked hunt price for guides and $75
- $100 for cooks per
hunter.
Goose limits
the number
of clients that we take Trophy Antelope Hunting, so that we may provide
the Professional attention that will make your hunt special. Please
book early, as availability is limited and our Top Guides book out and are
reserved quickly.
A 50% deposit is required to
reserve your hunt. With the remaining hunt balance due 30 days before
your hunt start date.
